Why is the North Salem High Class of 1965 on a Purdys Central High web site? Many members of the 1965 graduating class attended Purdys Central in grades 7, 8, 9 and 10 (total of 3½ years). This was before North Salem High replaced it as the new North Salem Township middle and high school in the winter of 1962-1963. We honor their connection with our beloved Purdys Central High.
